On someone else this might have been just a plain white tank top and slouchy jeans, but on this stylish lady, it's a capital-o Outfit. Look at the way the top is tucked in just-so. The way the belt buckle is rakishly off center. The specs clipped to the neckline. The rolled cuffs.
